Conference Booth

An exhibit booth offered during the 2025 conference can include in-person, virtual, and/or on-demand options. Everything included in the highest-level exhibitor booth will apply unless requested otherwise. The booth information we need will be determined by your choice of in-person, virtual, on-demand, or all conference options and is not limited to the information listed below.

Please note: The 2025 NASWVA and NASW Metro DC Joint Annual Conferences offers in-person exposure in Charlottesville, Va., March 13-15, 2025, as well as a virtual tradeshow presence for the sister Virtual Conference in April or May (dates to be determined) and the On-Demand Conference (open 60 days beyond the Virtual Conference). A refund will not be issued for the conference portion of your partnership if you choose not to participate.

Classified Advertisements
NASW Virginia creates and distributes electronic newsletters that are sent to nearly 3,000 active social workers across the Commonwealth each month. These well-read publications are a great way for you to advertise a job opening or share your organization’s offerings and information.
The Virginia member newsletter is sent monthly on the 15th or the closest business day to it. All ad copy must be approved by NASWVA, and we reserve the right to refuse an ad. Your ad will not appear until payment is received.
​Classified ads are text-only. One link (to an email address or website) can be included. Job listings go exclusively to NASWVA members. Other listings (for a class or to promote your organization, for example) go to both NASWVA members and nonmember contacts during the month.

Display Advertisements
A display ad can include text and your logo and/or images. The ad should be created as an image file (.jpg, .pdf, .tif), sized to 8.5" wide x 5.5" tall. Please note: The ad will be sized to fit within the digital newsletter. The ad can be linked to your website if desired. Job listings go exclusively to NASWVA members, while other display ads will be sent to members and nonmembers. Your ad will not appear until payment is received.

E-Blast and Career Center Bundled Price: $850
**Note: We recommend that your Career Center listing and your e-blast coincide, so you can take full advantage of leveraging your visibility. Advertising for three months on the job board may cost up to $650, depending on the number of words purchased, and three months of e-blasts could cost up to $450. Instead, get the best price possible on advertising by purchasing this bundled marketing package.​
Interested in reaching thousands of NASW Virginia members with a mailing of your own? Purchase a one-time-use-only mailing list. The list will be provided as an Excel spreadsheet. The NASWVA executive director must approve the usage and purchase prior to mailing. Each record is $0.28 with a minimum required purchase of $50.

4. Make payment by check or credit card, or request an invoice.
5. NASWVA staff will notify you via email of approval.
