NASW Virginia Chapter is offering an “Ethics Fridays” training series starting June 7 to help Virginia social workers meet their state licensure requirement of six ethics CEs before the June 30 license renewal deadline. Registration is open for three afternoon courses:
June 7, 1:15-5:30 p.m. Ethics and Boundaries: Embracing the Gray in Post-Pandemic Practice (Dana Johnson, instructor), 4 CEs, including 4 ethics CEs. Registration deadline: June 5.
June 14, 1:15-5:30 p.m. Ethics and Boundaries: Things That Make You Go Hmm…Boundaries, Barriers, and Shame, Oh My! (Dana Johnson, instructor), 4 CEs, including 4 ethics CEs. Registration deadline: June 12.
June 28, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Ethics Cultural Competence: Suicide Prevention (Ruth Cassidy, instructor), 2 CEs, including 2 ethics CEs. Registration deadline: June 26
